Refunds & Returns
All requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Product is in unused condition
- All product accessories are included in return
- Product is returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- Proof of purchase provided to Luxe Illume
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should post your product to: P.O Box 713, Yeppoon QLD 4703
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary which may delay your return or exchange.
